Eduardo Muniz Cavalcanti

Master of Law from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE). PhD candidate in Law and Economics at the University of Lisbon, Portugal. Visiting Scholar at Boston College Law School. Author of the books Tax Procedure: Administrative and Judicial and Tax Law, both published by Editora Forense. Has served as a State Prosecutor for the Federal District for two decades. Former Chief Prosecutor for Fiscal and Tax Affairs in the Federal District and former Federal Treasury Prosecutor. Currently serves as a Prosecutor for the Federal District, focusing on tax, financial, and budgetary advisory matters. Lawyer.
