Wesley Bento

Lawyer. Prosecutor for the Federal District. Master of Constitutional Law from IDP. Postgraduate in Civil Procedural Law from PUC-SP. Holds an MBA in Public-Private Partnerships and Concessions from FESP-SP/LSE Enterprise. Former Legal Director of the Federal District Development Agency, Legal Advisor to the Government of the Federal District, Full Counselor of the Brazilian Bar Association – DF Section, and Member of the Superior Council of the Office of the Attorney General of the Federal District. Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of DF Gestão de Ativos. Chaired the Administrative Law Committee and the Public Advocacy Committee, and served as Vice President of the Regulatory Law Committee of the OAB/DF and of the 10th Chamber of the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal of the OAB/DF. Ranked first on the shortlist prepared by the Court of Justice of the Federal District for the position of Appellate Judge of the Regional Electoral Court (TRE/DF).
